Do you offer refunds?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All purchases are non-refundable. CYPT Memorials does not offer refunds or credit for any

What are your production time frames?
Your production time frames are during normal business hours Mon-Sat (excluding Sundays).

What does low resolution mean?

As noted previously, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you do notice an issue in your files, before your order is approved
and paid, you can stop/cancel. Once your file is submitted it is FINAL.
